What is verified, what is not

No launch source has published per-item damage, defense, or material bonuses, so the tool refuses to guess. Why the Haunted Site source is fuzzy
All four Haunted Sites are confirmed, and the four epic pieces are confirmed as the set of their drops. What is not confirmed is which piece drops at which site — the launch guides disagree on the exact mapping. So the tool lists “Haunted Site epic drop” for the source of those four rather than a single site. The Vale Sangora world guide carries the same caveat, and in-play reports will firm it up as they arrive.
