Why it matters
- Cathedral — carries the A Saint and a Monk → Forge It Anew quest chain.
- Altenmarkt — the market district, the city’s commercial center.
- City walls — the boundary of the settlement and the anchor for its battlements.
- Vassal arcs converge here — the structural fights of Brencis’s war run through Svartrau, which is why it sits at the center of the world guide.

The three city towers drop no manual reward, but they fill in the densest section of the city map — still worth climbing. Towers climb only at night and cost no time segments, so all three can be chained in one visit after the prologue.
